Who is Ronniccia?

My journey began in the United States Army, where I served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and the XVIII Airborne Corps. It was there, as a young woman, that I was first confronted with some of the finest leadership the world has to offer. I was challenged early on to become not only a dependable soldier, but a dependable leader - under pressure, in motion, and with conviction. That experience shaped the foundation of my approach to people, performance, and potential.

Coming from a background where university wasn’t a given, I took a path less traveled. But through determination and vision, I not only earned my degree from North Carolina State University. I was honored to deliver the commencement speech to over 35,000 people. That moment became a turning point: proof that voice, resilience, and purpose can carry you far.

My corporate career launched internationally at HUGO BOSS AG, where I was initially trusted to develop international sales teams before building the company’s internal training and development division. What began as a passion for people and performance grew into the Hugo Boss University—a framework that continues to drive leadership development and organizational success more than 25 years later.

Today, as founder of Cruce Training Productions, I partner with organizations around the world—across industries, continents, and cultures—to empower individuals, unlock leadership potential, and drive meaningful business results.
